DASI - ASI's 24-Hour Audio Response Teller

DASI is a convenient way to do financial transactions from your home, office or while traveling 24 hours a day seven days a week. DASI can provide balance inquiries, make transfers, make loan payments from your share accounts or much more. To register for DASI, call (504) 733-7274 or 1-800-749-6193.

DASI will answer, "Hello, you have reached DASI, your Credit Union Audio Response Teller."

Step 1:

Enter your member number and the # key.

Step 2:

Enter your pre-selected access code and the # key.

Step 3:

Enter your service code - Enter the transaction of your choice and the # key.

When DASI asks for account number, enter your share/savings, share draft/checking, or loan number and the # key. Your account number is 1 to 3 digits. Enter 1 for share/saving or 2 for share draft/checking. You can find this information on your monthly statement.

When entering dollars and cents, it is not necessary to use a decimal point.
(i.e. $234.50 = 23450#)

Press the # key to complete each transaction.
